well being Hypoglycemic, I try to eat the right carbs w/ fiber and manage my protein levels the best I can. It's a challenge, Also drinking alot of water and trying to cut out the caffine. Glad to hear you are feeling better. I am actually trying to ignore the scale and just focus on packing on the muscle. I am assuming as I add muscle the scale will go up. We'll see.

Pure strength routine is picking basic exercises such as deadlifts, chins, bench, overhead presses and squats and trying to get really strong on those few basic exercises. Good luck and keep pushing it man.
Things are going great. I have started mixing some low weight, high rep sets into my workouts and it seems to be paying off. For me, I remember getting size before solidness, but your routine may be different. So I take it your workouts are going good?
