cytonox huh, haven't tried that. i take the noexplode because 1 heaping scoop still works great for me. as opposed to the *up to 3 scoops its recommends*
expensive though.
i tried ******** products as well as LG sciences, both worked good for me.... so technically i'm not "all natural" after this current PCT that i'm on, i'm gonna try only protein/NO explode.
i was doing 3500-5000 calories a day, going broke :( had to tone it down. two mass shakes and 3 full meals. now its two mass shakes and 2 full meals. i dont really care about strength numbers as much as i just wanna look ripped
i agree completely, staying lean is very difficult. i'm not nearly as lean as i'd like to be. i'm also not nearly as big as i want to be either. and i cant afford to eat as much as i need to to bulk up. as is life *laughs*
actually, i gained more in strength than in size..... well, what i mean to say is, i gain strength Quicker than size growth.
guess thats just how it goes. keep going and dont give up! aloha
Whey, creatine, and beta-alanine are well-researched and their positive affects well-documented. They are a must, in my opinion. The others, I've tried with varying results.
