I first started when I was in 8th grade doing bench press at a local park and push ups. I stopped working out in my high school years and was always skinny. When I got to college I started eating bad and over the years of partying with my friends on the weekends drinking beers and eating whatever I wanted. I wanted to change my life forever and quit smoking.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding keeps me on the edge and always looking for things to improve on physically/workout routine.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at how I was back in 2007, I was 189lbs 24% bodyfat!. My dad passed away in a car accident back in May 2008 and that right there literally broke my heart and I don't think I could ever forget him for the rest of my life. He keeps me motivated in a sense that when he was alive and throughout his life he lived such a hard and poor life. He never had the newest car, brand new clothes, he left vietnam with my mom and started a new life in the USA and only knew to work and raise his kids so I have much much love for him for what he has done for me and my kindfolks. Once I set myself to a specific short-term goal I take things to the next level 110% of the way.
Well coming in to blog on my 1 month cut so far, starting weight was 180 lbs and 17% BF. My Current weight is 170 lbs and 14% BF and my Goal is 10% bf with at least 160-165 lbs and I will clean bulk from there back up to 170-180 lbs before I start my next cut.
Hey Vin,
Thanks! I always thought two spoons of peanut butter would be sorta on the heavy side.
You're clearly in better shape than I am, though, so I guess I can't really talk. I'm doing the Scivation Lifestyle Cut but I haven't been following it too strictly.
