i was tired of being a fat kid.
Why I Love It:
i love seeing gains! the gym is the only place i can really clear my head. no matter how crappy a day ive had it always makes me feel better when im there.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing everyone on bodyspace making gains and changing there body keeps me going. everyone on here inspires me to be a better me.
so i hit back tough today. on the last set of each exercise i did a drop set.

tuesday- bi/tri 45 min cardio
wednesday- shoulders/hamstrings/abs 30min of hiit
thursday -back/bi's 45min cardio
friday - legs/light chest/abs no cardio
saturday- i usually hit whatever i feel like doing this day. and 45 min of cardio
sunday- rest

makes a big difference when you can hit a great schedule.i've been busting my ass, so i'm glad to start seeing some results. been trying to lean out and get some definition. how are things with you? you're looking jacked!
The run is not the difficult part, the difficult part is getting out of bed still half asleep and jumping right in to it. Let's see some progress pics.
saw your routine--pretty intense. noticed you heavy up on cardio on the weekends. great definition man--nice horseshoe on the triceps. keep hitting it hard, brother
