What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i watch lifting vids. then when im driving to the gym i listen to music that pumps me up.

Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
i keep a little notebook in my workout bag. write down all exercises weight reps and sets. i used to have everything memorized though.

so i hit back tough today. on the last set of each exercise i did a drop set. 

started with bent rows
