I was always on and off and average build until I finished school and took on a desk job. I worked late all the time, ate crap everyday and put on about 30 lbs and finally realized that I was a fatty.
Why I Love It:
Plain and simple, it makes me feel healthy and look good, and helps relieve stress. I also love the pump I get from pushing heavy weights and the fact that I get to challenge myself everytime I go up against the weights... And of course, the results!

This was taken right before I started to seriously hit the gym. I was 205 pounds and looked terrible.
More of a back shot than rear biceps but finally seeing some back progress.
I work a 5-day split with 2 rest days per week. Below are the main exercises I do but will change things up every now and then. Just recently started working in cardio 3 times per week after workouts.
well isn't that wonderful? you are listed as the cayman islands and your face is cut off in your pics, so you were in wpg at the same party and i still have no idea who the hell you are........
Hey thanks for the add!!!n Yeah, I've been slacking on the pictures huh...i will try to put some up this week! You're improving well it looks like, keep it up!
Spent about two months focused on the Navy PT with lots of cardio & bodyweight work (resulting in my first "Outstanding" PT score:) Just started back with serious weights last week.
Good job, Vin109. The longer you keep it up, the more your progress can motivate me as well as others.
Quick question...
Not to be a jerk or anything, but you are pulling 4 plates and rowing 250, and your curl is just over 100? Even by looking at your arm progress I can tell that's a low value. Am I missing something?
Thanks man! I've detoured into a cut, but I've doubled a couple before then! lol Trying to make gains during the cut is tough, but I'll hop back on it in another month or so. Best.
