How I Started:
I was over weight as a child. My father tought me the basics and inspired me to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump I get when Im in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I've had two shoulder surgerys. From over use I was told. Torn labrum and bone spur removal.
