Sexy body is great. It makes you feel much better always. There is always something better or a way to be better.
Also I really want to show guys who are players and think they are the shit what they miss out on and that I am so much better than them :)
My finess goal is to lose 21 kgs of fat within 10 months.
Goal (Long):
I used to have a much better body than I have now. Then I went off track and gained a tremendous amount of weight. I want to be driven and motivated. I want to find myself. I want to have a lean mass of 52 kgs and be proud of it. I want a bikini model body and ambition.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Breakfast: oatmeal, 4 egg whites, 1 Tbsp of coconut oil, piece of fruit
Snack: protein shake or tuna with vegies
Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice or sweet potato, 2 cups of vegies, tuna

no i didnt count my calories, but i was conscious of them. nonfat cottage cheese, oatmeal, peanut butter, baked chicken, bananas, fruit, plain nonfat yogurt. its boring food, but you have to sacrifice!! haha your welcome.
I did an hour and a half of cardio every morning before breakfast, lifted afterwards ate super clean and cut out alcohol. You just have to be dedicated! Good Luck!
