Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today on my mid-week lunch escape. Strength and isolation. Fun with dumbbells, cables and a plate. Did: 4 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of lying Svend Press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength Iso-lateral "wide chest", 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps with a hammer curl finish. Threw in a set of 50 weighted crunches to kill off the clock. Happy numbers for today were 180 lbs x 10 on the Hammer Strength "wide chest". Pecs were pumped. Tri's were fried!
