Everyone tells me that I need to eat less but I don't think anyone realizes how little I actually eat...My 125 pound g/f eats more than me. When I eat 3000 calories I'm really forcing it and feel sick to my stomach.

I think I need to work my calories up and then cut in the future. On workout days I'm getting 2,500-2,800 and on non workout days 1,300-2,000 calories...I don't think getting to many calories is my problem...

Looks like I actually lost a pound so that is good. I am looking obvously bigger in the mirror. I hurt my shoulder today lifting...Someone thinks I might have slightly dislocated it. I hope that isn't the case
