Some people lose 20, some people go as much as 40. I usually stay within the 15 pound range when off-season. I personally think that you look in the mirror, keep to your strict diet regimen, and not get caught up in the whole weight thing. I have seen too many people (including myself the first two years) who come into competition dieted out, dehydrated, and flat looking. They look really bad in the end.

Thanks a lot. Maybe i will look into those videos. The competition was kind of on a bet. I wasn't really looking for anything.

Decided not to go unfortunately. It would be quite a bit of money to get there from ND. Next year for sure.
