Ok,
so gas is expensive as heck! I just filled my wife's SUV. $65! Are you serious. At that point I decided that I was going to walk everywhere I went. I figured that this town is too small for me to do otherwise. When I lived in Anchorage, AK, (pop. 260,000) I biked everywhere, there are...
Quick question. I have decided im going to compete in some shows and im trying to figure out which weight class im best going into. I noticed your 1st place and I figured you could answer my question. How much bodyweight does an average person lose when training for a show?
Hi David! Been awhile! No I didn't make it to show...I was planning on it but couldn't find the info on where exactly it was! Did you compete in that one?
No I didn't. We aren't sure which one yet for Nov. There are 2 that are being looked at right now, the 2006 Badger State National Qualifier Nov. 3, the 2008 OCB Midwest States Nov. 22.Where is the other one I didn't see that one?
i like the goal that you have set man. keep up the hard work and she will love her super human father. haha how was the fargo show? i am thinkin about doin it this year.
You are looking ripped and ready and I hope that you are proud of all of your hard work. It is obvious that you have been working out hard and it really shows.
Keep gettin' after it!

Hello, I just wanted to say ou have an awesome body and loads of potential from what I see. I was looking at your pictures and noticed if you alter your posing slightly, it would best benifit your body type. If you do any more shows I reccomend you watch this video (or dvd) it's called "Perfect Posing" - not sure the maker but type that in Google and you should be good.
It went well for my first show. I learned a lot and had a lot fun. There are a few things that I need to work on, but I will come to the next one tighter through the legs. Hope your training is going well.
