Well right now im on a regressive keto diet that will last about 4 weeks, at that point i will up my carbs n cals.

So basically right now my calories are around 2000(158 x 13cal/lb).

and here is my split for the week that I track using calorie king:

Monday:70% fat 30% pro...

I really hope you don't just get really easy things to do. That would stink AND is what I call the SWE disappointment. Good to see you're getting the training in too. But they only give you three free hours on base? How the heck does that work? I thought civilian employees got it for free.

Ha ha, man, do that documenting of your training programs thing. I think on the 9th or 10th of April, I'm going to stop in that area and try to find myself a place to workout at that morning so I might try to arrange something. I'll keep you posted. Ha ha, unstructured training for new employees? Yeah, thats about how I remember it. It took me forever to get access to my workstation. Forbid I had any work to do. Good thing you can get the fitness leave time in though. Good luck.

Man, you got into the swing of things at the base yet? Back on the workout? Being graduated is oh so fun but also, a bit unstructured. Ha ha, my old job is trying to get me to come back down there but I'm so trying to avoid that place like the plague. If it happens though, ha ha, I'll be bugging you bout a gym.

Ha ha, well, I never got a chance too as a contractor. I should have made some military friends there but of course, I didn't so alas. My gym in macon had been closed for YEARS so I just didn't work out and happened to find out about Dino's gym a bit too latein my stay. Its 24 hour, you get a key, and its hardcore. I forgot the price but you might as well join.

I thought you were. Good to hear. Too bad you're about to be bored out of your mind, but eh, remember your career is only as boring as you allow it to be. Training? Yeah, I think its morphed into a beast of its own. Its happening way more than I'd like. Lets see what kind of results I can get from it though. Since you out and not on base, you are still hitting up the gym yourself, right?
