I started my junior summer and didn't really get into it until beginning of 2008. I've always been known to be "skinny" or "thin." So, I felt the need to change my lifestyle around. I don't believe in creatine or steroids. It's all about rice and protein for me.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of that burn you get when you just got a good workout. Haha, good way to impress the ladies too.
How I Stay Motivated:
There's a lot of punk kids in the youth of America now-a-days. Can't be letting those gangbanger wannabes push you around now.
BB Accomplishments:
My bench press is pretty good, and my overall physique is decent. I definitely want to be more strong and cut though. Recent hand injury, haven't worked out in 2 months!! ugh, depressing..
