Gain 2 inches on my chest in 2 months.
Gain 1.25 inch on my arms in 2 months
Goal (Long):
Upper pecs need to be fuller.
Lats need to be wider.
Biceps and triceps need more separation and more size as well (1.25 inch in 2 mths)
Bench Press to hit 80kg for 12 reps within 2 months.
Description: Donkey Calf Raises with just one person on me. Normally I do it with 2 or even 3. But this is more like a spur of the moment thing. I will post more serious pics/videos in future
Alright, marathon is over, holiday overseas over, overeating over. Time to get back in shape, and I am going to do it with the help of Controlled Labs.

I'm doing sports and fitness study at NTU for a year. I'm an exchange student from the US. Could you send me or post more pics of your calf and quad veins? The striation is unusal but pretty balanced. Actually, many previously overweight people have evenly developed leg muscles...but yours are extremely visible. I want to use them for a PowerPoing for my mod. Thanks...B~

Wanted to post in your blog...not working...anyway...Way to adjust! Know what you mean about taking 3 days off...truly criminal...my hubby says I don't know how to take even 1 day off...of course, he's wrong...I just don't WANT to take one off!! BTW...nice calves...any tips?
People read bro, I read about 10 - 15 a day but may only comment on a few, friends or people I comment with alot. I have found that the more you reach out to others, they more people reach back, keep the faith man and keep blogging. You should post a blog on how you built those freaking calves! On your way to one great physique. Solid traps,delts, triceps/biceps and forearms, good chest and thick/ripped back. Solid lats already. Thighs and calves excellent. Best of luck with long term goals. Andre
