How I Started:
So I started on a liquid only diet becuase I had my wisdom tooth badly removed. Then I kept at it. I fiugred that cardio would help, and since the gym was near my house and I already was a member I decided to go. After a while I tried some weight training. Due to the way I am, I researched it throught books and started on a basic split program around May. This is when it all began, from there on it was bb.com that helped me.
Why I Love It:
I love to bodybuild because I can now see some definition in my body. It entertains me, its fun, its healthy, and it gives confidence. Cardio is almost as fun, in a treadmill to boost your HR to the max, or outside for the same reason or beat a personal record.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself, I look at my old self, I look at everyone around me, and that keeps me going. People have noticed the change, and it is still not over.
BB Accomplishments:
I did a pushup! That was my greatest achievent in a while. Now they are easy.
Otherwise I dont have many BB accomplishments, only if Capoeira was one...

Goal (Long):
The month before I turned 16 i weighed 250 pounds and didn't admit I was fat. When I turned 16 I promised myself I would somehow lose weight. Becuase my dentist messed up a procudere removing my wisdom tooth, I had to be in a two week diet. But I stayed in it for a month. I grew accustomed to it, and lost WEIGHT on a bad diet, and I added cardio to make it worst.
After I had my nose fixed (broke it on a fight) I decided to research bodybuilding(I also turned 17), to build a muscular body the right way. My goals to have an athetic looking body, and be healthy cardiovascularly. I am for a well define body, but not a huge body. A weight of 180 with 10% BF would make happy.
