at first i had only dumbells so i tryed anything posible that could be tryed.
as time went on i kept buying and buying more and more whieghts and i kept working out.i just wanted by body to be in the BEST shape as posible and look great!
Why I Love It:
working out is just..my way of gting started for what i plan to do in sports enertainment!I love the way it feels and you can let all your anger out in the gym and just try newer things.
i plan on keeping it up!
How I Stay Motivated:
i go with a old saying of mine "when your body is tired,exrcise your mind"
and get intenst,i think more and more ways of how i can inprove and working out is part of letting it all out.

Things are going real well. I'm seeing some progress after a week off. I was in the gym for 2 months straight and got kinda tired. How are your goals comming along?
I like to eat grilled chicken breast or turkey breast. Lean red meat, or even bison is good. I just ate bison chili and it was good. What kind of fish do you like and veggies?
My goal was to be at 7% by the end of March and I will find out what it is tomorrow. I dont think I reached my goal, but I know I have lost body fat and I'm not gonna stop till I get there.I first started doing body for life challenges and liked their workouts. I workout 5 to 6 times per week for about an hour and a half. I eat alot of protein bars and shakes. Feel free to ask me anything else and I will let you know what works for me. Have a great day.
