What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Just keep going. If you fall off track correct your path look at it from the aspect that you will reach a new goal and accomplish something by being strong and working through the fog. People try to have perfection within the first day and get off track or even quit working out if they fall off of their plan or don’t look like they want one day after working out. It all takes time and practice. Exercise and clean eating should be a part of your life and life is not perfect nor does it always go as planned. If you miss a day, just keep your head up and get back in the groove of things the next day. If you eat "junk" and then feel bad about it don’t let it throw you off, just remember the way you felt after and how you know it wasn’t worth it and take that as a learning lesson! Also, you CAN eat what you want. You don’t have to totally cut out treats. Just eat small portions and have a limit. You can eat ice cream as a treat; just make smart decisions about the contents and portions you consume.Just keep going. What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I want to have the best body I can have and become a celebrity! : )
My goal is to become a fitness model. I am working on my goal everyday by eating clean and training. I just dont know how to break into the industry without being taken advantage of.
