My Goal is to Gain More Muscle mass and get bigger
Goal (Long):
i never thought about bodybuilding but it all change in high school. I thought i was average but most of my friends were heavier and bigger. I always been a skinny guy and i practically never worked out. The first time ever working out was 2 years ago when i started boxing. After a while i decided i was to small and decided to make a change. Eventually i started lifting weights. I was about 110 lb back then, now Am 140 lb. I Been gaining pretty good muscle mass but am not where i want to be. Am working out 6 times a week(weight lifting). My main Goal is too gain as much muscle mass as i can while am still in high school and too increase my bench max (between 155 and 200)
