HOW I STARTED:

When my daughter was born in 05 I had been training on and off for years, but got more serious when I realized I had to get myself in shape to be around for my family

WHY I LOVE IT:

Every moment in the gym is confrontational. It is you against yourself, against your last workout, against your previous best. Nothing is left to chance and nothing is left in the hands of anyone else. It's private, it is about breaking the limits your mind has set on what you can achieve.

36 days out from next contest, already leaner and harder then last september.  Amazed at my bodys progress and where my physique is going.  Every new cut that shows up is reward for the hours of work.
