This was taken at my heaviest, non-pregnant weight. I was 157 lbs, very unhappy and unhealthy. I knew I had to do something before it got any worse. Yet, it still took me 4 years to do something about it and get my butt into a gym.

I hate having my picture taken and I'm usually the one taking the pictures so it's hard to find any of me.

This was taken ater my workout today. I worked legs and shoulders. I'm very pleased with my shoulders right now, still want more definition in the bicep/tricep area.
