I was a very nervous young man. So, my daddy told me several time, Johnny you have go to the gym, you will find at the gym the best medicine for your nervous. My daddy was right!! In the present days, when I talk with my daddy,he tell me" Johnny, my son, I feel proud about you!! please!!! you never must quit!! keep pressing forward in your life" Daddy!! thank you so much!!
Why I Love It:
I love to train very hard, beacuse after that, I feel so strongh, confidence and also I feel ready for the challenge of the life.
How I Stay Motivated:
God is my strength and my inspiration! I feel the conection between body and spirit, if my body is strength, my spirit,too. My source of inspiration: I love to read inspirational books, economy and finance and America history. And I love to make news, honest and goods friends and share with them the best of the life, I think goods friends can be a good source of inspiration, too. ahh!!
