How I Started:
After ballooning up to 225lbs of pure fat and seeing a picture of myself. I saw how nasty i looked and was emberrased to see any friends i had from high school.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself and i like trying to better myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com keeps me motivated. I come on here and see how great everyone looks and makes me want to work hard every day to try and accomplish what a lot of people on here have already accomplished(a great body).

we are actually on our spring season right now... blah hard workouts, weights, and sprints!! we have a few tourneys coming up. officialy season starts in august (same line as football) and we're gonna be the southland conference champs (i hope :P) keep up the workouts push that cardio it saves you and your heart from going out on ya :D
