How I Started:
I was tired of being a fatass, and I had a pretty motivated soldier help me regain what I used to be. Thanks Bro, without you I'd still be looking like my first progress picture.
Why I Love It:
Over the duration of the deployment it has just stuck with me. I love the feeling during and after workouts. It's now like a drug now and I'm addicted to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think of my daughter. On my IPOD i randomly placed sound clips of my little girl saying she loves me and calling me papa. My baby girl motivates me the most, she my number 1.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't really accomplished much but the goals i have on here. What i want to do is start getting into the MMA world.

Where do you mainly workout?

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I work out in a gym of course, but its one of those small deployment gym. The pros of working out there is that if you go on the right day and time there will be no one there to slow down your workout...more

I like a gym that is set up in good order. It helps to keep people working out on certain parts of there body out of your way when your working on a different body part.

that's cool man. Go for whatever you want and dont let anything hold you back. Cant wait till UFC 100 and the upcoming fight is gonna be a good one too. I think Lyoto Machida is gonna beat Rashad Evans.
