I realized how much i had damaged myself by stopping exercising and gaining weight.. so initially started off just to lose weight. as i picked momentum, it became a passion, and now i've become a fanatic...
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel fresh and great... And makes others wonder....And at times jealous too...

How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime i look in the mirror, it boosts my motivation level and makes me decide on new goals..
When someone complements you on ur achievements, that's the biggest motivation that u can get.
BB Accomplishments:
Reduced 18 KGs of weight within a span of 3 months..
i am confident that I'll reduce my bodyfat from almost 30% to 5% within a span of one year.
