Background
I realized how much i had damaged myself by stopping exercising and gaining weight.. so initially started off just to lose weight. as i picked momentum, it became a passion, and now i've become a fanatic...
It makes me feel fresh and great... And makes others wonder....And at times jealous too... ..I just enjoy it..
