Background

When I Started: Sep 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I realized how much i had damaged myself by stopping exercising and gaining weight.. so initially started off just to lose weight. as i picked momentum, it became a passion, and now i've become a fanatic...

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel fresh and great... And makes others wonder....And at times jealous too... ..I just enjoy it..

This is the dumbbell workout which i’ve been following since 02 Apr 2008. it’s been taken from Bowflex selecttech 221 dumbbells workout manual. It consists of 18 workouts. i workout everyday, otherwise 3 workouts a week is what are recommended. This way, the workout routine lasts for six weeks.

GRADUATING THE SCHEDULE

After voluntarily being into fitness schedule for more than two years, i thought i will jot down few changes that i incorporated in my schedule, various phases that i went through and the blunders that i think i created. First of all i would cover the training part.
