Workout Program:
Treadmill - (30 - 45 minutes/5xweek)
Incline: 1.5 - 2.0 , Speed: Interval from slow Jog (3.3) - medium Jog (4.3)I am following the Couch to 5K running program.

Full Body Weight Training 3 times a week:
I follow 3 different full body weight training dvd's and alternate them daily.
The dvd's are:
-8 minute core workout
-Joyce VEdral Weight Training made Easy
-The Firm Super Body Sculpt

Right now I am lifting a light 3 lb. weight but I use 10lb. weights for my bicep exercises. I will be increasing the 3 lb. to 6 lb. this week.
