thats so funny
i was raeding in the nov 2002 Oxygen magazine that 30 years ago, all medical professionals denied that any STEROIDS had anything to do with muscle growth
lol
but anyway I can attest to the fact that the asthma steroids DEFINITELY contribute to weight GAIN weight, how it will affect my weight training has yet to be seen so I will keep you updated

nope no one helping me thus far,
I've just doing alot of studying various mediums (i.e. magazines, websites)
1 hour of cardio a day for weight loss
2 day a week Sculpt class but will increase that next week to a 2 day on/1 day off split training
I need LOTS of help with my diet...

Nice site girl!
I like the journal, and the pic of all that food is great, are the recipes there? I didnt notice how to find that.
Also a great NEWS section letting people know where you will be competing next so if they want to come cheer you on, would be great.

cool beans,
i will be there, it will be my first time ever attending a fitness show. I am reading a really OLD issue of Oxygen magazine (Sept/Oct 1999) , yea i've had this subscrition FOREVER,
anyway, it's kinda timely cause the Editors Op is all about how going to watch a fitness contest is the secret to staying motivated.
So excited to see your compete in June!
