I think in order to set our sites on accomplishing something we must truly want it first based on some internal desire or something we determine we truly need. That is the desire of the spirit. I personally focus on holding on to that spirit by maintaining a positive energy level and just do what I need to do.**************
The fuel that I need for physical and mental energy comes from a dynamic source, that is more than just a trigger to short or medium range burst. The body's most efficiently effective, long sustaining energy comes from quality whole and raw foods; a healthy, well rested mind and body; and a spirit that is alive and always in the learning and healing process.*********I don't think people are inherently unmotivated or "lazy." People's knowledge in nutrition, exercise, dealing with stress, and their leisure activity interests vary; their spirits get broken; and their outlook and perspectives on life get altered. These all have a significant affect on their energy for fitness and maintaining their general health.*****************If a person doesn't have the energy required to do be physically active, it will have a significant effect on what and how they do things when it comes to fitness. Of course, they are not going to feel like exercising. And many times it doesn't even matter how much they know about exercise or even sometimes how much they know they need it.
