My overall goal is the get in the best shape possible. I want to get to 500 on the flat bench within 8 months and 600 on squats with the same time period.

Now that I have cleaned house its time to really start hitting the weights hard for 2010. After falling off and packing on some weights its time to start getting ready for the summer. Its a new year and a new me.
