When I Started:
How I Started:
I started by running and it was very fascinating to see how fast I could go. Then I took up on swimming and the rush of kicking hard and gliding forward as fast as I can, was an absolute, bodily thrill. Then, I took up on Classical Ballet. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have nice, lean, and sculpted legs. It also helped me get in touch with my feminine side. After that I bought a treadmill (2005) and I was on it ever since.
Why I Love It:
The payoff is the sweat, endorphins, euphoria, and the gradual transformation of elegant bodylines.
Never mind... I'm just going to go at my own pace and stick with my "slowly but surely" method. Workout was good but felt like a strain towards the last couple of minutes. At least, I did it. (12.01.09)
I did eat turkey! I just ate the last bit of left overs.. I got a lot of protein this weekend. haha. Howabout you? How are you doing? I am getting some really good progress.
That's great! Keep at it, don't stop! Consistancy is key. I am pretty happy, I got my body fat test done again and I'm 10% =0) Im getting closer and closer to my goal I can't wait. Women like u motivate me to be physically fit. True Story
session in the kitchen? I can say... that it turned into a protein powder and water! haha i was at work and didn't have much to cook with! haha, yours?
