Back on my beloved stair mill for the 1st time after 8 wks off it. Felt so good!

Took 2 days off. I'm recharged & ready to tear things apart again; will continue to focus on my glutes, hammies and shoulders.

Nearly skipped my workout this morning due to waking up 1 hour late, but I made it! :) Week is ending on a sore note, which I love.

HIIT this morning! Got my HR up to 193 during 3 consecutive intervals. Nearly puked then, but I feel great now! Progress pics tonight ;)

I did hip thrusts in the gym today. Yikes, talk about a head-turning move! My bum is already super sore. LOVE A SORE BUTT ;)

My lower body aches and pains are healed and now I'm again working on glute activation. Lots of single-legged movements. Tricky.

My right hip is MESSED up. No pressing, squatting, running, stepping... I'm thankful I can walk (err hobble).

My right knee forced me to cut my stair running 20 minutes short this morning. Grrrr...

Concluded that the inflammation of my right hip is healed. Joints are still upset from running, but no more ibuprofen needed.

Anybody who has knowledge on the effect ibuprofen has on muscular protein synthesis, hit me up. I'm poppin' pills like candy today.

Cardio now down to zero. Something is wrong with my hip. (Yes, always a new ache/pain... getting me down).
