I eat all natural foods, and I try to space my calories out through the day, but generally eat more in the morning than I do at night (I workout in the morning). My carbs are lower than the average joe, and mostly from fruit and veg. My protein intake is high, especially when I'm trying to shed fat. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
ANYTHING CAN BE DANGEROUS WHEN PERFORMED WITHOUT CARE. I've learned to be cautious of how fast I progress with weight, never adding more than 10% (either through reps or weight or a combo of both) each week. Going faster than that (which I've done) leaves me susceptible to injury. Your results are fantastic and impressive. 1) How do you measure your bodyfat percentage? 2) Do you count calories and if so, approximately how uch a day do you consume? 3) Does your diet contain fruits and milk?
