How I Started:
My life as an anorexic, turned bulimic, turned party-girl was spiraling out of control...

I happened upon an Oxygen magazine in the checkout lanes at the grocery store. One look at the sexy female physiques within, and I was sold!

It was the directives within Oxygen from which I learned the basics of weight training and proper nutrition. After that, I joined Team Scivation.
Why I Love It:
I love achieving personal goals and feeling great about the lifestyle I live.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just take a look at a hot chick with a stellar physique and that's all there is to it! I want to step on stage in figure for the first time in June 2009. I've got work to do!
BB Accomplishments:
1) In Spring 2008 I joined Team Scivation, trained hard, ate properly, and traded in a little bit of fat for a good amount of muscle!

2) Female Transformation of the Week in Spring 2008!

I agree add some mass. then you will lean out later and look 5x as good. I am adding mass I was to small ripped at 185lbs I want 200-210lbs. We will add weight(mass) then we will look like BODYBULDERS NOT SWIMMERS. SMILE.

ay! I sit at a desk all day too! So you know I workout twice a day to get all this bottled energy out. I have one membership at FFC on jackson/canal. Lucky you with three! I want to visit more! I've been to equinox and wasn't feeling that. Was at Crunch but the one by me closed. Thats where the Iron story began :-) We should train together , have a Chi town figure athlete retreat!Stay blessed! ~JenCan
