Wow! That's what it takes to get to where you are at. I know I am not able to workout hard for that long everyday. I am in my second week of a workout that I found in an article here. It consists of compound workouts MWF with 1 set of 8-10 reps and increasing weight each week by 5lbs. I'm running about 2.5 miles T,Th. Thanks for your feedback and hopefully I can get to the point of workouts like yours.
