I have been really lax this fall.  I have watched the scale climb in numbers, felt my clothes get tighter.  However, every time I put something in my mouth, I repeat..."I really need to stop eating like this and eat clean again."  After 80 pounds lost, all the work, all of the time...

No big plans for me ... mostly working out and babysitting! I can't get enough of those grandbabies! I am getting a much needed massage today though! Yeah!! Makes all the working out worth it!! When is your trip to Florida?
