Overall Goal: I want to reduce my bodyfat %, add muscle tone and improve my overall fitness level.

Body fat is slowly coming off with 1/2 lb per week weight drop but big difference in pics over 2 mths with only 2 lb weight loss!

How I Started:
I have always done cardio workouts to keep me in shape for the extreme outdoor sports and hobbies I enjoy. Starting a bodybuilding routine to improve my stregnth performance and tone up my body.
Why I Love It:
I participate in many extreme outdoor sports and hobbies. I see body building as a way to keep my butt the main view of all those I lead on new adventures! I am not a teenager anymore and feel the need to work out to maintain the physical stregnth and endurance necessary to live life in style....not just survive it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Mother Nature has no pity and does not care if you are not in shape to survive your adventures. As an adventure sport leader I am the "Go to Guy" when the #%&@ hits the fan.... So my life and the lives of others depend on my stregnth and performance.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 50 lbs of body fat the last 2 years.
