RealGood I am great!!! I been keeping up with the work outs but in phase 3 I started messing up with my diet...but never stopped with the work out plan but I can see how it has affected my weight lost...I want ti give this program a other try after i am done but this time not having any cheats Apr 18, 2012 6:57pm

tash26 You can have a protein shake in the morning if your busy and dont have time to cook oats and a egg white omlette etc, but try to eat a good breakfast everyday its fill you up and keeps you going till your next meal which should be 3 hours later. I have a protein shake pre and post work out but also have one for my 6th meal. Breakfast is the biggest meal of the day. Mar 14, 2012 10:06pm
