Overall Goal:  I just want to look good and dimple free.Not too small but toned and firm,

Fit Status:  I now workout @ 360 and it's great. To make sure I workout I hit the gym right after work since it's 2min from job and 5min from home .

How I Started:
In oct.I was 169.In Dec.I was 186 so I started the new year out right.I lost focus in March. I read a book by Fern Michaels called Pretty Woman and restarted in April at a better gym so that I could get results.
Why I Love It:
It's just something that I have always done. It keeps me sane.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just rember when I was 215lbs and know that I don't wanna be there again. Plus my mom's a diabetic. Also something I don't wanna be

jogging because it speeds up the process of weight loss and fat burn
