How I Started:
In oct.I was 169.In Dec.I was 186 so I started the new year out right.I lost focus in March. I read a book by Fern Michaels called Pretty Woman and restarted in April at a better gym so that I could get results.
Why I Love It:
It's just something that I have always done. It keeps me sane.

BB Accomplishments:
Eating right is somrthing that I struggle with on a day 2 day bases.
I usually begin my day doing a workout by Jillian Michaels "The Biggest Winner! How to Win By Losing" "Shape Up - Front" It is a killer work out. I start that around 6:30am while I wait for my children to get dressed for school. ThenĀ I eat a bowl of "Special...
