I've actually been working out for about 5 years. That's how long I've been wrestling. I've kept off about 30 pounds for the last 5 years, but loosing the last 30 has been hard. I Mostly because I don't consistantly stick to a workout or nutritional program.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because of the changes I see my body do. I enjoy breaking a sweat, its exilirating when you know that you had a great workout!It seems like the more i push my body the more energy i get. It's easy for me to become addicted to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and watch my body change. I like lifting because I like watching the muscles flex and tightened it really motivates me to keep going. Oh and having my clothes get loose around me helps a lot!
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't mind it. I usually don't grunt but I exhale loudly. I really hate when they drop the weights though!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I usually wear long pants, or pants that reach my knees. Sports bra, and a tank top that covers my tummy. I like form fitting clothes so i can see the changes in my body, don't want to be wearing shorts because don't want people watching me bend over. I am on my third day of this plan. My ratios haven't been perfect, having a hard time bringing my carbs down to 5%, but they haven't been higher then 10%.
My fats are around 58% to 60% while my carbs are around 30 to 33% something like that... lol. I did find that today, third day...I am...
