I no longer want to be the jolly fat friend .... I want to be the jolly shredded friend !
Goal (Long):
Since i was a small kid I have always been bigger than most other and not in the good way i was always heavier. There has never been a point in my life when i was average sized or really fit ive always been heavyset. When I started out losing weight I just wanted to get to 220lbs and I would be happy, but as I get closer to 200 I realize if I stop now I would be giving up. Ive come to terms with the fact I no longer want to be the heavy/ big friend everyone knows. Its been 28 years and ive always been the fat guy Now for the rest of my life I want to be the Fit friend the guy who is 40 or 50 in the gym and is shredded. Ive dedicated almost a year to becoming a healthier person and I dont want to stop now... I now want to get to 190lbs and 15 % Bf once im there I'll revaluate my self and push forward from there!
