How I Started:
In 5th and 6th grades, I went with my dad to lift at the high school. 3 days a week, 6:30AM. It was a class for the HS students but open to the public. That was a lot of fun.

Set small goals that build to bigger ones. Baby steps, baby.
BB Accomplishments:
Flat, incline and decline bench: 275 each for one clean rep.

As long as I keep getting stronger, I'm not to worried about bodyfat.
Once my strength gains plateau, I'll have to go the other way and cut. I'm not looking forward to that- lifting heavy is fun as hell.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I always take something for energy, and usually a creatine product. An arginine based pump product is a plus, too. I usually stack 2-3 diff products to meet my needs.
Man, I have been so lazy. Personal issues have been killing me. When I should have been using the gym to keep me going I quit totally. Still got the membership and am going tonight no matter what. We do pt in the morning but it isn't enough. Good to hear from you. Talk later man.

I usually have 2-3 nearly empty bottles in the fridge. You know when its almost empty but you don't want to throw it out yet but buy a new bottle anyway. LOL!
