I was playing soccer for along time, when I stop it I started going to the gym, first months I only did cardio and some classes like body pump and spinning, then I starded a little bit of machines ans closely I taste brench press, biceps curl, multipower and when i maked up my mind I was doing an entire work out seeing how the old mens improved their rutine I learned some interesting exercises and put it on my way...
Why I Love It:
'cause it's a lifestyle, an interesting lifestyle.. If you do it right it's a healt metoth to improve your body and your mind too, bodybuilding makes you more competitive all arround in your life! that's why I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
For me there's no a problem to retain motivation 'cause I really like do the bag, go to the gym and start my work out Like this it's dificult to losee motivation, isn't it?¿
BB Accomplishments:
Like I posted on my space be healthy and look good on my own!

Hi to everyone who's interested about mind-thoughts during the workout! This is a blog to change opinions about our mind trainning status and how or what to do to improve it when we're trainning hard. What to do when we're with the last workout's reps and need some mind-power to finished it....
Ahh yes I know all too well how work can affect diet and exercise. Sorry 'bout that! I'm doing pretty well just exhausted from work and school as always :-)
