How I Started:
I saw an Oxygen Magazine on the shelf in a store. I stood there reading the whole thing before i bought it to read again at home!
Why I Love It:
I realized i don't love it.. then again.. i grew up.. i realized the body i want .. its not going to come from a pill, or 2 mins of working out on the latest gadget.. and damn sure its not gonna come from drinking and eating processed diet food or starving myself.. if this is the way to get MY body .. then im game.
How I Stay Motivated:
Oxygen magazine.. Bodybuilding.com... muscle & fitness hers magazine.. thinking about shopping for clothes and actually enjoying myself....

Goal (Long):
I would like to learn how to eat clean while sticking to a mostly vegan diet. I would also like to gain strength. I want to be sculpted and healthy. I want to be superwoman: i want to learn how i can do everything i want and not sacrifice my health or my sanity.

GF... u have alot going on, but u can focus on doing some good for urself!! The stress starts to leave as soon as u take it out on iron, a wicked run and better food choices! It changed my thougts big time! I wish u a wonderful holiday.. be good girl! Hit me up after is all done!! :) U rock!!
Hey Hot Stuff- I totally know how ur feeling.. it sucks, but it will pass! U do need to find a distraction and focus on it... mine was pickin up things and running! Its so time for U!! Just started out last February. Doing pretty good. I went all out vegan, but had a little trouble with that. I rarley have dairy, but sometimes I still do. I want to be completly done with it by next Feb.

To bad about the reaction. Hope you can figure it out. I've had almost the opposite problem. My kids got sick, totally stressed me out, and I didn't eat, like, anything for 2 weeks. I totally neglected the gym but I lost 5 lbs. Funny how we try so hard with little or no improvement... and all it really takes is 2 weeks of really bad habbits. Oh well, good luck with school.
Im doing well, training hard, trying to lose this bodyfat %...ur looking great keep it up. When nov comes you will have to send so updated pic's...looking forward to seeing them
Sorry I didn't get back to you right away. Crazy Week! Anyway, your info realy helped. It was just what I needed to fill in the gap. I've sorta' got my plan drawn up now and I'm liking it so far.
