That's awesome man, congrats on reaching your goal. What's your plan once you hit 170? My training's going ok, bulking then start cut dieting on Jan 1.
Yeah, understandable. Hmm, that's an interesting concept about combining the incomplete proteins, I'm gonna read up on that some more. It's good you know about that stuff, most people just assume all protein is the same! I hear ya, casein is the best thing for while you're sleeping to prevent catabolism.
Ever since I had my body transformation and became a personal trainer I have been focused on trying to assist others to either work on their own transformations or helping others with their nutrition, weightlifting or cardio. I get a lot of satisfaction seeing others achieve their goals.
Stay strong.
I wanted to drop by and say that you are on your way. I like the progress you are making and know that with your determination and strength of spirit you will not only achieve your goal but most likely surpass it. Stay strong, focused and determined. Remember: "I'm not telling you it is going to be easy, but I am telling you it's going to be worth it."
Well I was just wondering cuz there's a lot of vegans around where I live, but I've never known one who does body building too :) If you really wanna run a half marathon, just start out with a few miles every other day and keep increasing...you'll be there in no time!
Gotcha. Yeah, I can imagine protein powders help with the progress. I recently just started eating edamame, which is nutritionally the most perfect bodybuilding food I can think of! Some healthy fat, low carbs and high protein! What kind of stuff do you generally use for your protein requirements?
