Jefferson High Attended 1999 to 2003 Jefferson, Wisconsin United States
When I Started:
Nov, 2007
How I Started:
I basically grew up in a health club. My mom taught aerobics. I've always been into fitness, and now i'm making it my career!
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of accomplishment that i get from it, it just makes me feel incredible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace is a huge motivation for me. Everyday I log on and look at pictures of other bodyspacers, and I'm always inspired, thank you fellow bodyspacers!
Yeah you can check my supplement listing on my profile, that's pretty much what I use. These rapid weight gains are due to water regain from dehydro in addition to the end of dietting,my body needs so many things that he's acting like a steroid cycle and giving everything he's taking to my muscle (or fat and water if I don't pay attention or don't train).
Thanks for the kind words man! I pretty much stuck to the sups I listed on my page for the Muscletech contest but now I've discovered it's all about peri-workout nutrition if you want to pack on muscle asap. Cheers!
what up man!? its basically like a low carb diet, i stay under 40grams per day, execpt after i lift i have a glass of oj for the fast digesting carbs! i like it a lot man its pretty good stuff bro!
thanks for the recent comment, I am preparing to get into contest shape, but not til may 2010,Lets just say I wanna be ahead of the game being that it will be my first contest.
Dan you got it! Dubia is everything who hear it is and more...if you got the cash. I got just enough cash to experience it but not live it. I had afternoon tea in the Burj and that was wholly worth the time and money. If you ever get an opportunity it is a must see.
