jamabrid I tested this workout last summer I got some pretty good results, but I was biking and swimming 4 times a week. This article doesn't even come close to portraying how much energy and time was put forth into eating right and good solid rest(8hrs+) as well as cardio. Lifting was the easy part. jamabrid I just read your comment on Duffy Gaver and Chris Hemsworth. My best friend from college just graduated through basic and is trying to do Force Recon and I'm a Fitness Specialist @ Indiana University and I have to completely agree with you, there's a lot more going on with Hemsworth's workout than what is on this website. However I have to completely agree with Gaver's training philosphy. Old school training is what you have to do, our body's aren't changing, the fitness industry is. May 7, 2013 9:59am

guest Hey man, just curious how that bizzy diet worked out for you. A lot of confusion after reading everyones comments, but your blast made me really curious.. Please let me know! Aug 2, 2012 10:39am

MrJonB I really like your post on Bizzy Diet. I'm trying it myself. Hopefully I can see some results and continue to improve. I have packed on pound after pound and nothing works for me to lose weight. I played football in high school and college. At one point I was 212 Solid and as the years went on I turned into the picture u see and gained about 70+ pounds. You seem like a realist nothing is going to work or seem likely to work until you try it. I will be back in about 20days to share my progress. May 15, 2012 5:53pm
