I want to say that you are a real inspiration to so many others. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving them wrong. I wish you nothing but success. Following the Body for Life program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lose weight and get into the best shape of our lives and in only 12 weeks. slowly vector..dont rush...the skin thake her place (see my pics to show the compare) after its possible to tone up your body...stay focus........

Vector0003, you can do it! In the last year I lost 40 pounds and am still trying to cut 20 more. Plus I love bodybuilding, so that really helps. I have in the past lost 100. It is always a challenge but as long as one does not give up, you have won in the end. Dyanna

How are you doing? How goes the diet and exercise? At the rate I'm losing weight, The Daily Plate has projected that I'll reach my goal on Christmas Day 2010. That would be a great Christmas gift!

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR PROGRESS! My weight and bodyfat have been dropping as well. I haven't worked out much during the past week because of classes starting back up and adjusting to being a student again.

good luck. i started a program one wk after my 50th birthday. i have been at it for 4 wks and the progress has been good. no rocket science, hard work and diet. go for it. doing this in public puts the pressure on. thats how i wanted it, if i fail i do it infront of a lot of people.
