I was always into lifting throughout high school. After college I let myself go, eventually i simply had enough and decided I needed to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I love it because not only is it a great way to stay healthy but a great way to relieve stress after a long day at work, and school.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace is a great way to stay motivated. When you see people that were in the same situation/ Shape as you are and they were able to make a transformation you begin to believe that you can do the same thing.
Just got back into working out again. I've found the best ways to stay motivated is to take pictures, measurements and keeping a daily log of my workouts and diet are all helping. Any other Suggestions on motivational tips?

Weightlifting along with cardio and a good nutrition program will bring you amazing results, I know they did for me and they will for you too.
