How I Started:
I lost 110lbs after on of my frat brothers gave me shit about being 6' 2" and 290lbs. Over the course of my senior year in college I lost 110bs, by doing cardio early in the morning so no one would see me, lifting weights, eatting right and reading as much as i could on how to do this the correct way. Went to grad school with a new out look on life, and got certified as a personal trainer to help pay for grad school. Gained some size finally while in grad school, but then join the Army and got even smaller because of boot camp. Got to my first duty and coasted for about a year. Wanted to raise my PT so I hired a trainer my few months there. Went from 279 to a 285 during that time and finally got to 190. Now stationed in HI, and currently deployed in Iraq. Spending this next year to gain more size and get more cute, and loose my love handles which I still have after all these years after loosing the weight. I want to go back to Hawaii another new me.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get when I work and get done, that feeling of accomplishment. working out is on big life long goal to always look better. Sometimes i get side tracked, but when I'm focused I love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping my eyes on my goal.
Pulling out my fat picture which is always with me in my wallet.
Seeing other people that have what I want, but only got through hard work.
