Goal (Long):
After a great year of shredding down in 2008, I am in the process of de-fluffing and redirecting. I am focusing my time and attention on balance in all areas of my life. Personal, financial and physical.
My physical goal is to work on my yoga apprentice practice to be able to do the practical teacher training in 1 year.

I want to LOSE 17 lb
