Wow! 6 to 10 is definitely a lot. I just joined the YMCA in our area, so I've been doing about an hour of the elliptical.I have also started going for a 4 mile bike ride in the evenings. The diet is what kills me sometimes since I'm always on the go... I'll check out your blog and get some ideas.. Thanks for your help!!!

I'd like to lose about 8-10 pds yet and build muscle. Any suggestions as far as what you eat, how much cardio you do a day, etc? Also.. I have a sweet tooth and am always on the go.. any suggestions for that? I just got protein powder so I think that may satisfy the sweet tooth... Any help would be WONDERFUL!

Hey Sarah!!! You look amazing!!! I wanted to touch base with you a little because I got off target for a little. I was doing the contest, then got sick, and now want to get back in the groove. I've dropped about 18 pds since January, but really need motivation to keep going.

I got it at Victoria Secrets, which by the way they have super cute bikinis. I actually just ordered a new one on their site. Some are expensive, but some are soooo cute and not bad. You look amazing!! keep up the great work! You're so motivated. I go in spurts and with working in the school I catch every sickness. My goal is just to get in shape period, but the contest was a motivator and I did lose 14 pounds. It was nice to hear from you!

hey hun! I fell into a slump. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't been working out to tone either. I've been sick with the stomach flu, so I can't get back into the routine. HOw are you doing?

Thanks! I'm really trying. It's hard because I did have a few episodes with the hydroxycut. I am really just focusing on what I eat and working out. Keep up the great work though hun!!! I see your short term goal and I think you definitely can do it. I'm here for support!!!!

Hey girl! Don't worry about the scale! They never work right half the time. I see progress in your pics and that's what really counts hun! I think you are a beautiful person and you are making definite progress so don't be so darn hard on yourself. Keep up with what you are doing and don't let the scale tell you. Remember the weight could be due to muscle gain!! Keep at it and I'm here if you need anything girlfriend!

Hey girl!! Good job!!! I need something else to help me push to get in shape. I'm in a rut right now. The scale is saying I lost more weight, but I don't feel like it's showing. I work out, but I need to kick it in gear. Any thoughts to help my thighs and really tone my belly?

I would suggest trying to take it closer to 3-4 in the afternoon. I take one set when I first get up for work at 6, but then I don't my next dose until about 4:30 most days. I was getting sick from them myself and when I stretched them further apart it helped. Just a thought.
