How I Started:
I just kicked my butt in gear for summer. I was working out really well to do the hydroxycut max contest, however I ended up having some gull bladder problems, but now I am feeling good again and I'm back in action...
Why I Love It:
I love feeling good about myself and confident. I also get frequent migraines and when I eat healthier and exercise I don't get them as often.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music and looking at pictures of people in shape makes me want to be them.
BB Accomplishments:
I hope to accomplish my goal weight of 102 and being totally in shape in all areas!
My husband and I used to be in really good shape, but as you can see, we no longer are. He has decided to support me and he is doing a contest also. We want our old bodies back and want to feel sexy again!

Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose weight and get myself back into the shape I used to be. I want to fit into my old clothes and feel confident wearing all the new styles. It's also going to be getting warmer out so I want to feel confident to wear a bikini and look good in it. I hope to push myself and possibly win the Hydroxycut Max contest.
Well I got on the scale today and it was 112. I had a tough workout yesterday with my arms. I'm trying to zero in on arms, stomach, and legs. I am having a really hard time losing inches in my thighs... anyone have any suggestions???
an hour of cardio plus bike riding is good enough. like u said its diet. I could put in hours of a good workout and have been known to blow it the last two hours before bed . . . u know what im saying? im a big fan of weight wathcers too. thats how i lost the 100 pounds a long time ago. i still track my food and it helps.
18 is good and the fact that you are holding steady is awesome. so now ur ready to drop again. now with diet and exercise it will melt off. i hear you on the sweets . . . check out my blogs for some sample menus. how about a new fat burner? im using exenadrine now.
i mix my protein powder with Fiber One Yogurt and eat it plain or throw in some Fruit for added sweetness. As for cardio right now Im running my @ss off cuz its summber time. I like to run outside during the summer and early fall. I fun 6 to 10 miles each day and break it up with 5 min walks. I also do P90X in the morning and then run after work.

Hey hun! i had a small cold/sickness set back too. I was not doing so well for like 2 weeks and school was killing me. But im back now which is good. You look like your doing well despite being sick. Im putting new progress pics up soon so well see how well im doing according to them lol
