Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Sometimes I do. It's great to get you to the gym. If I haven't worked out yet and need someone to motivate me, then I might call someone who goes to one of my gyms and we could go together. I feel less intimidated in the weight lifting seciton when I'm not alone. When I get looks and alone I feel self concious. When I'm with someone then it doesn't bother me. The only drawback is that it takes longer to make it through a workout. But you are combining quality time with friends and working out. Sometimes I do. It's great to get you to the gym. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?

Yes
Why or why not?
I don't tell them my weight or percent of body fat. Just that I want to fit into small jeans again.
